Payment Terms

Last updated: August 31, 2026

1. Available methods

Payment methods available for a particular order are displayed at checkout before submission. A method that is not displayed is not available for that transaction.

2. Currency, tax and total

Checkout displays the transaction currency, item price, discounts, shipping, available tax information and the total before the order is submitted.

3. Authorisation and capture

Payment authorisation and capture timing depend on the checkout method and provider. The checkout confirmation and payment-provider record show the status applicable to the transaction.

4. Providers and fraud controls

Payment and fraud providers process information needed to authorise transactions, prevent misuse and comply with law. Provider availability may change, and only methods displayed at checkout are offered for the order.

5. Failed payments and cancellation

If payment fails, retry or use another method. An unpaid order is not accepted. We may cancel for suspected fraud, an obvious price error, legal restriction or unavailable stock and will refund captured amounts for the cancelled portion.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds follow the Refund Policy and normally return to the original method. Provider processing time may vary. Contact hello@janetusy.com with the order number if a refund record requires review.

7. Instalments, subscriptions and renewals

If instalments, buy-now-pay-later, memberships or recurring billing are offered, checkout must show the price, schedule, renewal date, cancellation method and consequences of failed payment before enrollment. If those terms are not displayed, no recurring-payment commitment is created by this clause.

8. Contact

Payment support: hello@janetusy.com.

9. Authorisation holds and duplicate displays

A bank may display a temporary authorisation hold, a pending reversal or separate line items for a split shipment. The final captured amount is the amount confirmed by us and the provider, subject to correction of an obvious error and applicable law. If you see a suspected duplicate charge, contact hello@janetusy.com.

10. Gift cards, credits and taxes

Gift cards, store credits, promotional balances and their expiration or redemption rules are disclosed before purchase or issue. We do not replace a payment method with credit where law requires a cash refund. Sales tax and any duties are calculated from the transaction and delivery information available at checkout; a later tax adjustment may be required by law.

11. Security and account responsibility

Use a secure connection and protect your account, device and one-time codes. We will never ask for a password or full card number by email. Report suspected payment fraud immediately to hello@janetusy.com.

12. Provider disputes and records

A card issuer, wallet or instalment provider may offer a separate dispute process. You may use it without giving up a non-waivable legal right, but duplicate recovery is not permitted. We retain payment and refund records for the period reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance and disputes.

Payment availability and processing details depend on the checkout provider and are shown before the customer submits the order.
